Important Modifications

Once the migration has been completed, the IP addresses associated with the SuperSite and some of our products and services will change.
We will be automatically making these changes for Domains that are managed through our Control Panel. However, if your Domains’ DNS are managed on another platform, you will need to manually update its Nameservers and DNS once the migration has been completed. You will have time till the 24th of December, 2012 to make these changes.
You will find the new IP Addresses in our Knowledgebase once the migration has been completed.

Archiving Unused Domain Contacts

Once migration has been completed, we will be starting a new process for managing Unused Domain Contacts in the system. Contacts that have not been used for more than six months will be archived.

If you need to search for these contacts, you will need to view them in your ‘Archived Contacts’. Your Domains’ ‘Default Contact’ will not be affected and will not be archived.

We recommend that you share this new information with your Customers and Sub-Resellers so that they are made aware of these changes we are making.
